Who is NCFIT Omaha for?

At NCFIT Omaha we deliver fitness for those that put in the EFFORT to live a full and free life. Our Strength x Conditioning workouts are Coach-led, incredibly effective, fun, and challenging.

If you’re ready to put in the EFFORT, NCFIT Omaha is the gym for you. Your fitness level or prior experience don’t matter – only your mindset does.

Don’t be intimidated, the coaches and members make you feel so at home. no matter your level of fitness, you’ll feel so welcomed.

ARRIVAL + CHECK-IN

Arrive 10 minutes early and check in with our front desk. Our staff is available to answer any questions you may have about the gym and our workouts.

CLASS BREAKDOWN


[A.] WARM-UP

Move through a dedicated coach-led warm up designed specifically to prepare your body for that day’s workout.

[B.] Strength

Lift some weights during our strength portion to build and maintain lean muscle and develop your functional strength.

[C.] Conditioning

Sweat it out during a metabolic conditioning workout to help you burn fat and feel great.

High Fives + Debrief!

We have 15 minutes set aside between all class times to give you time to share high fives and talk to your professional coach about nutrition, recovery, and anything else that will help you reach your goals faster!

Before Class

  • We recommend arriving at the gym 15 minutes before class for check-in. This will allow time for our staff to get you checked into class and show you around the facility.

  • Say hello to the coach on staff and mention that it is your first time. They’ll get you taken care of.

  • We want you to bring your good vibes! We truly believe in making our gyms a space where members can check their stress at the door. In our gyms you’ll find a community built on sweat and support, all are welcome here. All we ask is that you show up, bring a smile, and get in a great workout. It’s that simple.

During Class

  • NCFIT Omaha Classes are Coach-led group-based functional fitness classes. Every class you will be led through a warm-up, get strong through a strength session, and get sweaty with a conditioning workout.

  • Absolutely! Our workouts are beginner friendly and designed to allow all athletes to workout at their own pace.

    Our Coaches are trained to modify and make adjustments to the workout on the fly to meet you where you are.

  • Wear athletic clothes that are comfy for you to sweat and move in.

  • Most athletes wear traditional cross-training shoes suitable for cardio & strength training. We recommend Reeboks or Nikes.

  • Each of our gyms are equipped with water fill up stations. Bring a reusable water bottle with you and fill up before class!

After Class

  • Yes! We have a shower in both men and women’s locker rooms that you are free to use. Bring a towel, bath & body products are provided.

  • Awesome! Schedule your next workout or talk with a Coach about personal training.

    Make sure to also take time to stretch and mobilize post-workout to give your muscles a much needed recovery and help reduce soreness.
